Custom Order to New York today!!! Pearl Bridesmaid Bracelets and Pearl Stud Earrings
Yesterday I received a custom order of Initial Pearl Bridesmaid Bracelets and Pearl Stud earrings for a bride, getting married next week. So this morning I made up her rush order and just shipped to Albany, New York...

Earlier this week I received a bridal request for an order of 5 single pearl necklaces as gifts to her bridesmaids using green pearls. She is getting married in 2 weeks time, so I'm made a rush order and sent it off today..

Fresh Pearl Colors for the Pearl Bridesmaid Sets
Over the past few weeks, I have received many requests for mostly pearl bridesmaid sets and personalized flower girl bracelet sets in various colors and variations. It has been such a busy time that when making the sets I didn't take pictures of those stunning sets!

The Silver Leaf Lariat Necklace is back!!!
I haven't made this silver leaf lariat necklace for a while and then received 2 requests for the necklace and decided to make them again.. As usual they are made to order and may take up to 2 days to complete.
As with all other pieces made by me, this necklace is made using Rhodium plated over brass and is nickel free, therefore great for those with sensitive skins.

It's almost June !!!!
It has been a while since my last post, having a 1 year son, 7 year old daughter around and working part-time as a computer programmer (2-3 days a week) has kept me quite busy, along with keeping up on the daily orders of bridesmaid, flowergirl and jewellery for RBJohnson Designs.
On top of all of this during May I completed a Certificate IV in Small Business Management, which was something I had wanted to complete for a long time . The course is usually a 6 month full-time tertiary level course and I had RPL(Recognistion of Prior Learning) the coursework as I have some small business experience. I am extremely happy and grateful that my husband was able to look after the kids and manage food, while I attended the evening classes over the past few weeks!
The course is designed to help manage principles and practice of running a small business, as well as financial planning, legal and business requirements and customer services. Having a mentoring one-on-one during the course helped me look at the actions I need to forward RBJohnson Designs, workout a real cash flow spreadsheet and Profit and Loss Statement. So will keep you posted on actions completed ..
